Electrical design rules, topological layout rules, interconnect capacitance, spice models and mask tooling information are available for UMC's process technology. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be completed to gain access to design manuals and spice models. After a password is granted, they can be downloaded from the Technical Data Service (TDS) via the MyUMC Online Service Portal. For access permission, contact a UMC representative.
